  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you—an opportunity for rest, healing, and care. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client and ensures you have the flexibility to find a new time that best fits your needs.

    We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a 50% service fee, and missed appointments without notice may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
