Ensofic Reiki™

A focused energy healing that channels the purest ray of Light from the Ensofic Ray—the original vibration that birthed all creation. Before your session, you may share an intention or a pattern you’re ready to explore. You can then rest comfortably while Kristy offers the energy work with focused attention. This session is for those drawn to deeper inner healing, especially during a time of change. It is available in-person or at a distance.

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)

A gentle energy healing based on the belief that emotions can be carried in the body’s muscles and tissues. Using specific hand placements and light pressure at energy points, Kristy works with the intention of helping you release emotions and patterns you’re ready to release. IET draws on angelic energy which offers you a spiritually focused space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Full Spectrum Healing

An in-depth hands-on energy healing. Cindee approaches the session with attention to the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of your experience, working with the intention of clearing stagnant energy and inviting a greater sense of balance. She recommends beginning with a gentle Reiki session if you’re new to energy healing, then exploring Full Spectrum Healing when you feel ready for a deeper experience.

Tong Ren Therapy

An energy practice based on the principle that physical and emotional imbalances stem from blockages in the body’s natural energy flow. Cindee taps specific points on an acupuncture figurine with a light magnetic hammer to open up energetic blockages in your body. The experience offers a quiet space to rest and explore healing in a non-invasive way.

Premium Integrated Healing

A deeply immersive session that brings together Cindee’s energy practices in a way that reflects your intentions. After discussing what you’d like to focus on, she may draw from Reiki, Tong Ren, and Full Spectrum Healing rather than following one set approach. It’s an option if you’re curious about more than one modality or would prefer Cindee to help shape the experience with you. This may include the use of tuning fork sound healing, crystals/chakra alignment, amethyst bio mat, sound healing table, or breathwork.
